The owners of Just What the Kosher Ordered were joined by guest chef Liana Hersh Kahn to serve up steamed artichokes with lemon aioli.
Kahn grew up in West Hempstead and now lives in Israel where she works as a chef.

RECIPE
Boil fresh artichokes in pot of water for 30-40 minutes. While boiling prepare the lemon garlic aioli dipping sauce.
Lemon Garlic Aioli Ingredients:
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 garlic clove grated
zest and juice of 1 lemon
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together.
