The Town of Hempstead has announced convenient payment options for residents to pay their first-half general taxes.
The town has designated three locations as satellite drive-thru payment booths. The locations are Echo Park in West Hempstead, Rock Hall in Lawrence and Seamans Neck Park in Seaford. The booths are open weekdays until Feb. 10 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Payments can also be dropped off at the Hempstead Town Tax Office weekdays from Feb. 1 to Feb. 10 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Residents can also make a payment online or by phone at 833-378-1236.
In addition, the town will have two satellite offices set up. The satellite offices are as follows:
-Feb. 1 to Feb. 4—Oceanside Library, Oceanside
-Feb. 7 to Feb. 10—Levittown Hall, Hicksville
