One person has died in a multi-car collision overnight in Lynbrook, according to police.
A 2009 BMW, driven by a 19-year-old man, struck a pair of vehicles at the intersection of Ocean Avenue and Peninsula Boulevard, police said. Police said the 19-year-old BMW driver was transported to an area hospital with internal injuries and was pronounced dead at 1:25 a.m. Tuesday, detectives said, according to The Patch.
The other three victims were taken to hospitals with minor injuries.
