It has been a snowless winter so far, but with the start of February, a barely measurable trace of snow landed on West Hempstead. The snow was not enough to coat the streets but made for some nice backyard scenes. Perhaps winter is finally upon us as temperatures are expected to drop into the teens over the weekend.
