Overnight Oats
BASE OVERNIGHT OATS
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup milk, dairy or dairy-free
1/4 cup Greek yogurt,
1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave
Add-ins
Sliced Bananas, Berries, Mango, Pineapple
Coconut, Nuts, Chocolate Chips
Chia Seeds
Raisins, Craisins
Vanilla extract
Add all the ingredients into a sealable jar or bowl and give it a stir until
it’s all combined.
Let it soak overnight
Make a few at a time will last several days in the fridge.
