Nassau County Executive Bruce Blakeman was joined by residents and several other officials in honoring Holocaust Remembrance Day.
In observance of the day, the county held a dome lighting ceremony at the Theodore Roosevelt Executive and Legislative building.
Leg. Howard J. Kopel and Leg. Mazi Melesa Pilip were also be in attendance in honor of the solemn day.
