RECIPE
Hamantaschen Dough
Ingredients
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
½ c oil
¾ c orange juice
1 tsp vanilla
5 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder/
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat eggs and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. You may need to add about another 1/2 cup flour so dough isn’t too sticky.
Flour your workspace
Working in batches roll out dough and cut into rounds using a glass. Stuff with desired filling, fold into hamantaschen and bake 20 minutes until golden.
