๐พ 4. Animal Abuse, Bail Reform & Public Safety
At a press event yesterday, DA Anne Donnelly, Clerk Kate Murray, and animal advocates demanded changes to NYโs cashless bail law, citing its impact on prosecuting violent animal abusers.
But it raises a bigger question: what about bail reform for other violent offenders?
