Sydney Perry, a West Hempstead bakery owner won the new Food Network series “Spring Baking Championship: Easter,” according to a story appearing in Newsday.
The eight-year-old bakery, which is located in a small strip mall at the corner of Hempstead Avenue and Roosevelt Boulevard, specializes in custom cakes and cupcakes. Sydney’s Sweets popularity has grown, as the Instagram account has almost 17,000 followers.
