It was a busy week in West Hempstead as Dave & Norm talk over the second Town of Hempstead hearing about the Capri Motel and the Board’s decision to shut it down for a year. We also cover the groundbreaking ceremony at National Wholesale Liquidators where the new Heritage project by Heatherwood Associates is about to get underway, celebrate the installation of a new bench in front of Riesterer’s honoring Helen Duryea, and finally get answers of a sort from Town Supervisor Don Clavin about the continued shutdown of Echo Park Pool.
