Trump Rally Holds Campaign Rally At The Nassau Coliseum

Former President Donald Trump spoke to this supporters Wednesday night at the Nassau Memorial Coliseum.  Driving to the Coliseum was a nightmare with many parking as far away as Eisenhower Park.

The Republican nominee came to the stage shortly after 7 p.m. to address a capacity audience. The large crowd, including residents of West Hempstead,  were waiting on line for hours hoping to get into the Coliseum. Many were forced to watch the rally from large TV screens outside.  A strong police presence was on hand under very tight security.
Nassau County officials were extra cautious due to the recent assassination attempts on the former president.
